We’re excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Rota Co-ordinator to contribute to the delivery and publication of all clinical and non-clinical rotas within PHL.
As a Rota Co-ordinator, you will play an important role in fostering strong relationships with our clinicians and colleagues, promoting best practices in daily rota management. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure proactive communication with our Rota Manager and to uphold service delivery standards.

Key Accountabilities:
* To develop and maintain strong relationships with working clinicians and operational staff to assist the organisation in filling sessions at short notice.
* Regularly communicating with the Rota Manager and Service Managers to advise of any resource gaps within the rota which may pose a risk to the service delivery.
* Ensure compliant rota fill across all clinical and operational staff rotas within the allocated budget.
* Produce Rota assurance reports for the clinical and non-clinical rota to provide to the service managers to highlight upcoming vacant sessions on the rota.

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or other databases.
* Proven communication skills with people of all levels and backgrounds.
* Ability to work as a team or individually.
* Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy, dynamic environment.
* Ability to communicate complex instructions in a clear manner.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Positive and resilient with a ‘can do’ approach.
About the role:
* The salary for this role is £26,539.50.
* 8am - 4pm (4 days) and 9am - 5pm (1 day).
* This role will be based in our Contact Centre in Segensworth, hybrid working to be discussed.
