We are looking for experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses to join us. If successful, you will be involved with a wide multi-disciplinary team caring for Adult Inpatients.
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB: As a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of shifts, medicine management, attending MDTs, ward reviews, liaising with other agencies, and primarily supporting service users with their recovery journey.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications
* Nursing degree or equivalent RN(MH)
* Mentorship qualification or willingness to undertake training
Experience
* Previous experience of working with people with mental health needs
Skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to supervise others
