Position Overview:
My client is looking for experienced HR Administrator to join our growing HR team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional HR support to our employees in various regions across the globe, helping maintain operational excellence in HR processes to enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate will play a central role in employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS support, and more. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive HR support to employees and managers across global offices, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
* Manage various HR services across all global locations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits management, and HR system maintenance.
* Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistent application of HR processes and policies across multiple regions, delivering a seamless employee experience.
* Support HR systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and improving efficiency.
* Prepare and analyze HR reports to drive decision-making and continuous improvements within the HR Shared Services function.
* Address and resolve employee queries related to HR services, benefits, policies, and HRIS systems in a timely and efficient manner.
* Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, streamline workflows, and implement automation solutions that improve overall service delivery.
* Manage employee lifecycle activities, such as promotions, transfers, exits, and contract renewals.
* Ensure the confidentiality of employee information and provide support for sensitive HR issues with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, or a related field, preferably in a global or multi-regional environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR systems administration.
* Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR, Lattice, Pave, Greenhouse), and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and regions.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team setting with proactive approach.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
