Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve results.
2. Drive performance and sales through great customer service, VM, and people development.
3. Create an environment where the team thrives and provide an excellent experience for our customers.
4. Enjoy what you do and show this to your team.
5. Welcome the occasional physical nature of the varied role while maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room Management, Manual Handling, and being on your feet for long periods of time.
6. Take pride in your store and the VM standards.
7. Analyze trends and be proactive with stock ordering.
8. Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner while always following company policies and procedures.
Preferred Experience:
1. Computer literate and able to use all Microsoft Office applications competently.
2. Previous experience of leadership in a retail environment.
3. Previous experience in a one-to-one premium sales-based environment.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
