What You'll Be Doing
As a PMO, you'll play a key role in delivering finance-related projects from initiation through to completion. You'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget - while collaborating closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders across the business.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Plan & Deliver Projects: Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure delivery against business goals.
* Engage Stakeholders: Be the central point of contact, maintaining great communication with key stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned.
* Resource Coordination: Work across teams to ensure effective allocation of resources and help resolve any delivery challenges.
* Manage Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on track and successful.
* Report Progress: Track and report against key milestones, offering clear insights to leadership and project sponsors.
* Promote Best Practice: Champion continuous improvement by refining project processes and sharing learnings with your peers.
What We're Looking For
* With some project experience in the finance industry, ideally in a PMO, coordinator, or delivery support role.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership and drive solutions.
