JOB TITLE: Clinical Team Lead
SALARY: £54,490-66,239 per annum (Inclusive HCA)
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting a team of experienced healthcare professionals to deliver a high-quality end of life service providing strong management and leadership. Your role will include contributing to plans for the development and sustainability of community-based care and rehabilitation.
Most of our care is delivered within the community, either in outpatient clinics or people's homes, with our in-patient beds as a backup to that care. Whilst St Christophers provides a 24/7 model of care, our community teams out of hours service works until 10pm every day. Overnight, our advice and visiting service to the community is delivered from our inpatient unit who visit people at home.
To succeed in this role
* You will have proven palliative care experience with relevant qualifications and experience of working at Band 7 or equivalent level in the following related areas: general medical, neurology, orthopedic, elderly care, respiratory, oncology.
* You will bring with you a wealth of experience mentoring and managing individuals and teams, and possess advanced communication skills and presentation skills, both oral and written.
* You will be a natural leader, with the ability to motivate, develop and encourage others to be the best they can be with a high degree of resilience.
* It is important that you are able to work in a multi-disciplinary team, and maintain a high level of emotional resilience while working under pressure.

* Essential: NMC Registered Nurse or Health Care professions Council registration (HCPC) (Physio/ OT/ SLT/ Dietetics) SW registration

* Essential: Proven palliative care or oncology experience with relevant qualifications and experience of working at Band 7/equivalent or above
