The Client:

The Role:
As Planner, you’ll be responsible for the production and analysis of detailed construction phase programmes for a range of technically challenging and exciting schemes across the East of England. You’ll work with an established team to cover everything from site logistics through to temporary works, major packages and more.
Responsibilities:
* Provide programmes, analysis of programmes and communication with the team as required by the Senior Planner / Planning Manager
* Produce and assist in the production of tender logistics plans, method statements and temporary works schedules.
* Assisting project managers with onsite planning and reporting requirements.
* Manage your own tasks, taking day to day decision on your own.
* Manage costs and quantities on small projects or as part of a team on a larger project.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Either formally qualified or working towards a Degree, NVQ or HNC in Construction Management and/or a suitable construction management background (both is a bonus but one or the other essential).
* Previous experience working with management software such as Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject, with experience of working within various sectors within the construction industry.
