Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm and 10am to 7pm
£23,800pa plus bonus (OTE up to £28k)
Our client is a hugely successful company based in Rugby who are looking for a Renewals Advisor. Full training will be given in this position and it can be considered an entry-level role.
Your key responsibilities as a Renewals (Customer Service) Advisor:
1. Following a script
2. Speaking to customers who already hold insurance policy and are looking to renew, to help them find the right one
3. Updating an internal system with customer details
4. Arranging payments either on the phone, via bacs or direct debit
The ideal candidate for a Renewals (Customer Service) Advisor:
1. Clear, concise telephone manner
2. Confident speaking over the phone
3. Good with IT systems
4. Ideally some background knowledge on insurance policies (perhaps you have taken one out in the past)
5. You will have worked in a high energy, fast paced environment (Office or retail/hospitality)
6. GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential
