About the Role As a Vehicle Paint Technician with Steer, you will work on a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking. Mixing paint to match vehicle colours and applying it using spray guns and other equipment. Running the spray booth efficiently. Ensuring all paintwork meets high-quality standards and customer specifications. Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and achieve exceptional results. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety procedures. About You We are looking for a skilled and experienced Paint Technician, ideally from an accident repair background. You will also have: Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials. The ability to use paint mixing equipment and spray guns effectively. A good understanding of the accident repair industry. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
