What you'll be doing:
To manage a group of contracts and unit managers regionally and/or nationally to provide great quality Foodservice and Support Services as per contractual agreement. Ensure all contracts are compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets. Drive central marketing and promotional activity in order to grow sales. Build strategic client relationships to ensure retention of contracts is maintained.

10. You will monitor, control financial performance and maintain costs within the budgeted targets, making sure all ordering and stock are within budget.
11. Management of multiple sites within your area.
12. Establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organisations.
13. To ensure that the Company and Client standards are met as well as financial targets, administration, compliance and reporting procedures are carried out.
14. Monitor and support your team, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
15. Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets and achievements.
16. As an Area Manager you will be working closely with your Operations Manager to prepare budgets; achieve and maintain the food cost in accordance with the budget.
17. Develop and evolve all client’s services at locations, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented.
18. Comply with Company and statutory policies and procedures and regulations.
Who you are:
19. Good knowledge and experience of working with food

22. Proven experience in managing successful teams remotely
23. Multi-site operational experience in a similar role
24. Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
25. Track record of growing sales and retaining business
26. Foodservice or similar background
27. Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility
28. Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
