As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently mobilising and managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Working closely with the Pothole Contract Manager, you will oversee the transition of approved projects from planning to execution, coordinating field teams, managing logistics, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your role will be pivotal in driving profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while upholding Ground Control’s commitment to excellence and sustainability. Additionally, you will support the wider team when possible, fostering collaboration to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance overall efficiency. Success in this role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects, optimise field team performance, and reinforce Ground Control’s reputation as a trusted industry leader. Key Responsibilities Work Coordination & Client Management Assign and mobilize Field Teams efficiently, ensuring timely, safe job execution. Confirm attendance, schedule work, and optimize resource allocation. Manage client portals, process permits, and provide ETA and progress updates. Gather client feedback and maintain strong relationships to prevent contract terminations. Procurement, Safety & Compliance Coordinate material orders with Procurement to prevent delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, create RAMS, and conduct HSQE audits. Track waste management and maintain accurate compliance documentation. Cost, Revenue & Efficiency Work with leadership to control costs, improve EBITDA, and drive efficiency. Ensure timely revenue conversion and minimize defects through quality control. Communication & Continuous Improvement Manage the Mobilisation inbox and streamline team coordination. Support training, onboarding, and process optimizations to enhance performance. Key Relationships Internal: Leadership, Procurement, Field Teams, HSQE. External: Clients, Subcontractors, Suppliers.
