Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with clients and engineers to coordinate planned maintenance, remedial works, and additional tasks.
* Ensure these works are completed within deadlines and in accordance with commercial requirements.
* Support the administration and provision of Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
* Respond promptly to emergency call-outs within set timescales.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, advocating for the business’s values and positive reputation.
* Deliver timely service and manage client queries effectively, escalating any issues immediately to the Team Leader to prevent complaints.
* Maintain detailed administration and record-keeping.

* Previous experience in a customer service environment is desirable, as further training can be provided.
