As a Social Worker on the Children with Disabilities Team you will be
9. Screening and assessing the needs of Disabled Children and Young People
10. Children and Families Assessments, Single Assessments and completing Reports on Disabled Children
11. Carrying out Child Protection investigations with Police
12. Completing Care Plans, some jointly with health colleagues and other multi-agency professionals
13. Chairing Child in Need (CIN) /Core Group meetings
14. Completing CIN/CP plans and Court Statements
15. Managing a caseload under strict time-scales
As a Social Worker you are required to:
16. Hold a Social Work England registration
17. Be eligible to work in the UK
18. Hold a full UK licence
19. Post-qualified experience
20. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
