Selecting and mixing appropriate coatings or paints according to specified formulas, using automated paint mixing equipment. Applying primers, paints, or other coatings to composite components using spray equipment, ensuring an even and high-quality finish. Inspecting finished surfaces for defects, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and performing touch-ups as necessary. As the successful Sprayer, you’ll have: Prior experience in spraying paints or coatings, preferably in the aerospace, automotive, or similar precision industries. Familiarity with different types of paints, primers, and coatings, including their application techniques and drying processes.
