Job Description
We are recruiting a Marketing Campaign Executive in our Consumer team to take responsibility for implementing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at achieving both our brand and trading objectives.
In this role, you will take direction from the Senior Campaign Manager and work in a matrix fashion across all of the Marketing functions as well as other Consumer and business-wide teams to implement successful marketing campaigns that drive awareness in the market of our brand and our unique selling points.
You’ll have a key role to play in managing the day-to-day relationship between marketing and Florist Services, ensuring all campaigns are well supported and that we have relevant content and assets that showcase our local florists in our campaigns.
In this role you’ll work with the Senior Campaign Manager to plan, facilitate and deliver campaigns, supporting decision making on creative execution, channel selection and working within a budget. You will also ensure reporting is delivered on agreed KPIs.
Qualifications
In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have:
* Good generalist marketing knowledge
* Experience gained in a commercially focussed role in a retail ecommerce business
* Knowledge and experience of the campaign planning and delivery process
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills
* A desire for accuracy in your work with a strong attention to detail
* A marketing qualification would be desirable but not essential
