To join our team as a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the kitchen operation and maintaining our reputation for food quality. Your duties will include planning, preparing, and cooking menu items, as well as assisting in menu development and planning. You will also be responsible for ensuring customers receive a prompt and efficient service, working as a team player, and adhering to our health and safety policies.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning, preparing, and cooking menu items as directed by the Sous / Head Chef.
* Assisting in the development and planning of menus.
* Assisting with stock taking.
* Ensuring customers are given a prompt and efficient service.
* Working as a team player and assisting other team members when necessary.
* Adhering to our health and safety policies.
