GP Healthcare Alliance (GPHA) has an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic n urse associate to join our PCN, based at Southend West Central PCN. This role is offered on a full-time basis, for 37.5 hours per week. The postholder will work with a diverse range of people from different cultural and social backgrounds. The ability to work confidently and effectively in a varied, and sometimes challenging environment is essential. The role has the support of a multi-professional primary care team made up of doctors, paramedics, and clinical pharmacists. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be organised, patient and empathetic. They will have experience of working in health, social care or other support roles including direct contact with people, families, or carers. About the Candidate All applicants should have the following qualifications, registrations, skills and experience: A relevant nursing/foundation degree. Current NMC registration. Evidence of clinical skills and experience. Compassionate manner with an empathetic approach and demonstrable kindness in all aspects of your work. Insight and understanding of current issues in nursing and the wider NHS.
