Park Homes, a family-run business since the 1960s, owns and operates five Park Homes across Cambridge, Northamptonshire, and Lincolnshire. We specialise in providing housing for the elderly, seaside static caravans, holiday homes, and rentals.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant & Customer Service Support professional to assist the Chief Executive and sales team while also supporting overall business operations.
Role Overview:
This full-time hybrid role involves PA support to the CEO, assisting with customer service inquiries, sales administration, and general business operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing executive responsibilities, fostering client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support (PA to CEO):
* Manage CEO’s schedule, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
* Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
* Support the Director of Finance & Operations in their role as Company Secretary.
* Organise internal and external meetings, including event coordination.
* Assist with research and reports for business strategy and decision-making.
* Attend events and meetings to provide on-the-ground executive support.
Customer Service & Sales Support:
* Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across sales, rentals, and holiday home bookings.
* Manage online bookings, phone/email inquiries, and customer records.
* Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and marketing materials.
* Create and update sales listings, brochures, and promotional content.
* Ensure a seamless customer experience, handling queries with professionalism and efficiency.
General Business & Operations Support:
* Assist with administrative and operational tasks across the business.
* Coordinate with park managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Oversee document management, filing systems, and office organisation.
* Provide ad-hoc support to various departments as needed.
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a PA, EA, or in customer service/admin support
* Experience supporting Board-Level Directors or senior management (preferred)
* A proactive and professional approach with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
Additional Details:
Hybrid Role: Based in Cambridge with occasional travel to park locations and events.
