Job Title: Head of Operations & CRM Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head of Operations & CRM Manager to optimize process management across our operations in multiple international markets. This role focuses on customer lifecycle management, HR processes, prospect management, property portal integrations, data integrity, commission automation, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Process Optimization
* Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring it meets business needs and integrates seamlessly with other systems.
* Develop and implement workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance efficiency.
* Automate commission structures and improve lead and product funnel processes.
* Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Property Management Systems
* Oversee functionality and content of property portals, ensuring seamless integration with CRM.
* Monitor analytics, providing insights and recommendations to sales and marketing teams.
* Work with internal teams and external developers to enhance platform efficiency.
Process Automation & Project Management
* Streamline business processes through automation, reducing manual tasks.
* Lead system-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Collaborate across departments to align process improvements with business goals.
Compliance & Security
* Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and best practices.
* Implement security measures to safeguard company and customer data.
* Regularly review system access controls to maintain a secure environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field; advanced certifications a plus.
* Experience: 5+ years in operations or CRM management, preferably in real estate or luxury sectors.
* CRM Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
* Process Improvement & Automation: Proven ability to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
* Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
* Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (French, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus.
* Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, property management platforms, and automation tools.
