Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.
With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.
Job Advert Location Description
Riverbank offers residential support for 24 males and females with mental health needs. Our team are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to be able to live independently in the community, increasing their quality of life. We are looking for a part time administrator, someone who's values align with those of Priory. The candidate should have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and will be given the appropriate training for any other systems they will need to use.
Job Advert Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
As site administrator you will provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the home, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
What is expected from you?
Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration in conjunction with the Service Manager and the Central Resourcing Team to ensure that candidates move successfully through the recruitment lifecycle.
Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, deal with suppliers on a regular basis.
Responsible for petty cash reconciliation and dealing with client monies.
Deal with incoming queries to the service and must have excellent customer service skills.
Undertake preparation for meetings and take minutes at meetings as requested.
Support the Service Manager and wider Service with Administration such as letters, memos and email communications.
Undertake diary management.
