Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in the West End, is seeking an experienced, highly professional, confident and well organised Facilities Assistant to join their Facilities and Office Services Team.
Working closely with the Facilities Supervisor, and reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing a variety of Workplace support including floor walks, identifying and resolving building and office issues, organising repairs and maintenance work, co-ordinating hard and soft building services, liaising with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring a safe and compliant work space for the London staff.
Possessing at least 2 years Facilities / Workplace experience, with a focus on delivering a "White Glove" service, gained within a professional, corporate environment, you will also possess first class communication and customer service skills, a positive can-do attitude, good knowledge of Word and Excel, and bags of common sense and initiative.
