A bit about the job: This role is working as an experienced Quality Engineer in our digital testing team, focussing on broker and advisor applications within the Aviva Connect Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our deliveries, using your experience in testing to drive quality at all stages of the software delivery lifecycle. You will be accountable for our test automation as well as our functional and non-functional testing. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure we are delivering quality outcomes for our customers. Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience in Automated testing for web applications ideally with knowledge of C# Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies. Detailed understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and how QE processes and measures underpin this. An advocate for continuous improvement, working collaboratively with other stakeholders, regression testing and automation to constantly improve our ways of working.
