Team: You will join an inclusive and supportive team that is passionate about being at the heart of the local community. The team consists of 2 Vets including a Clinical Lead, 4 qualified RVNs including a Practice Owner, an SVN who is due to qualify, a VCA, and 5 Receptionists. Their clinical lead holds an acupuncture certificate, and they aim to set up and run an alternative therapy clinic using laser therapy in the future. Their practice provides excellent facilities giving you access to all the equipment and space you need to care for your patients.
Role: This is a thrilling time to join the team, as it is not only growing but has an upcoming relaunch and rebrand. With plans to extend in the near future, the practice is entering a dynamic new chapter, making it the perfect opportunity to become part of its journey and contribute to its continued success.
Hours:
* Ideally looking for full-time hours, but happy to work with you to find a pattern that works for both parties.
* Currently, the weekend rota is 1 in 3 Saturdays with limited cover to keep it fair for everyone.
* There will be an element of sole charge but no OOH’s responsibility.
CPD: They’re generous with CPD offerings, which colleagues are actively encouraged to use to further their interests and develop their skills in a direction of their choosing. So, if you want to pursue a postgraduate qualification or certificate, they’re happy to help support that.
Salary: They are offering a very competitive salary of up to £60,000 p/a (dependent on experience)
