The Role..
The role offers an opportunity to join a busy account team whose purpose is to offer and continually enhance their services.
What You'll Be Doing..
1. Develop and enhance relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for new product sales.
2. Manage customer relationships, ensuring the customer experience is positive.
3. Develop active and new relationships with customers and their key decision-makers.
4. Exceed customer expectations in relationship management.
5. Produce and maintain account plans, tracking the performance of accounts.
What You'll Bring..
1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Good IT skills.
4. Account management skills are a plus; however, they are happy to train someone with the above skills.
