Overview
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus up to 6% bonus.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm
Working Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid Tuesdays and one other day required in the office weekly.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
* Brief the Strategy & Insights team on internal and external matters by undertaking research and analysis and producing reports or delivering verbal updates.
* Assist and produce papers, reports and slides for the Head of Corporate Strategy and wider team, including research on housing market performance, financial performance, strategic initiatives and confidential matters.
* Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Head of Corporate Strategy and wider team, with Executive and Leadership Group (LeG) members, external stakeholders and others, on matters related to the Strategy & Insights team and wider business activities.
* Act as a liaison between the Corporate Strategy & Insights team and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses.
* Research, prioritise, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Strategy & Insights team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine the appropriate course of action, referral/escalation, or response.
* Prioritise conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The ideal candidate will have
* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior managers by consolidating complex data into succinct, relevant insights.
* The ability to develop and sustain positive and cooperative working relationships.
* Proven knowledge and experience of understanding and interpreting market, customer, and business data, news, research etc from a wide variety of sources and presenting to different audiences.
* Report writing experience.
* Creative and challenging, with the ability to identify solutions to requirements and issues presented.
* Independent, organised, self-motivated, flexible and prepared to be hands-on to 'get the job done’.
* Ability to resolve complex, multitask and multi-dimensional problems and issues, using broad-based consideration of variables that impact multiple areas of the organisation.
