My Prestige Northampton based Client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Compliance & Planning Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure applicant provisions meet ESFA funding compliance standards, prepare student data for external audits, and support curriculum planning through data analysis and software management.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain processes for Adult and person funding, ensuring audit readiness.
2. Monitor and action funding reports, resolving errors to secure expected income.
3. Lead compliance checks using ESFA software and ensure accurate documentation.
4. Collaborate with Heads of Curriculum to input and analyse data within the 4 Cast software.
5. Stay updated on funding regulations, providing training to relevant teams.
6. Support the Head of MIS in preparing and analysing curriculum planning data.
Skills, Experience, and Qualities:
1. Ability to present complex data and information in a user-friendly format to others.
2. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
3. Experience of interrogating and editing large scale databases.
4. Ability to work to multiple deadlines within varying time frames.
