In order to be successful in the role it is key that the Contract Support understands procedures, processes and operates them to the required standards. Key Accountabilities: Contract · Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments and scope, better buying and use of preferred suppliers. · Compiling of the Contract Review Pack · Continually develop systems to maximize efficiency benefits for the customer and GWS. Finance/Ops · Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract Reviews including but not limited to comprehensive spend tracking via the agreed Budgets · Weekly creation and review of management reports such as, OPO's & Invoice Pool. · Raising Purchase Orders & reviewing WOs and ensuring POs are raised accordingly. · Liaising closely with site teams ensuring the accurate processing of POs (BOMAs, commodity codes & projects) · Reviewing open Purchase Orders - timely receipting & closure of POs · Onboarding of new vendors to mybuy · Processing supplier invoices and resolving any queries, liaising with operational teams to close out any errors. · Reporting on In Scope and Out of Scope works · Assisting with ad-hoc requests and queries from PO raisers. · Ad-hoc reporting as requested by Business Unit or Business/Finance. · Mybuy training for new starters. · Mybuy champion for the account. Quality · Awareness of HSE matters with all vendors. People · Timesheets · Organising training the team · Arranging agency cover and submitting hours on portal · Culture carrier and promotes best practice Other · Constantly improve quality, service and efficiency · Any other adhoc tasks as requested by line manager Any other tasks requested by Client,Acc Mgr or Alliance Director Success in this role will be measured through defined targets as follows: Achievement of Business Unit / Contract KPIs in line with business requirements Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills: Hold academic passes with at least GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Full knowledge of the mybuy system. Highly computer literate IT Skills to achieve key tasks and give the business a sound reporting base. Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong oral presentation skills. Capable of working in a matrix environment. · A basic understanding of business and customer-facing environments. Been a part of a high-performing team.
