The Role
We’re looking for a Midweight Designer who can bring creativity, precision, and digital expertise to the table. This role leans heavily towards web design and supporting collateral, but also includes elements of branding, event literature, social media content, and integrated campaigns.
From full-scale rebrands to innovative website projects, your work will have a direct impact. Experience in video and animation would be a welcome bonus. While there will be some offline print projects, the emphasis is very much on digital design, and you’ll have the support of a team with a diverse skill set to bring projects to life.
You’ll also be involved in presenting ideas to clients and briefing creative teams—so confidence in articulating and executing your vision is key.
What We’re Looking For
* A creative professional with a clean, modern, and elegant design approach.
* Strong conceptual thinker who can deliver across a range of briefs.
* Agency experience is preferred (3-4+ years), though in-house designers working across multiple brands will also be considered.
* Digitally savvy with experience in brand identity, web, and content-driven campaigns.
* A well-balanced portfolio demonstrating high-quality, effective design work.
* Experience working with B2B brands is advantageous.
* Knowledge of video and animation would be a plus.
* A grounded, personable, and hands-on approach to work.
