Job Description
We are an OFSTED OUTSTANDING independent training provider, renowned for delivering exceptional apprenticeship training and support to employers across various industries. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to take on the role of Apprenticeship Partnership & Business Development Manager, leading our efforts to build lasting partnerships with employers and ensure that apprentices successfully complete their programs, including End Point Assessments (EPA).
Office based with occasional hybrid working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business Development: Proactively generate and convert leads with employers into apprenticeship sign-ups. Build long-term relationships with businesses to understand their needs and propose tailored apprenticeship solutions.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for apprentices, ensuring smooth registration on the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) and internal CRM systems.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for employers, ensuring satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins, support, and problem-solving.
• Sales & Recruitment: Meet monthly targets for apprentice sign-ups, ensuring each cohort is successfully enrolled, progresses through their training, and completes the End Point Assessment.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the internal team, including trainers and assessors, to ensure apprentices receive the support they need, and all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU BRING:
• Proven experience in business development, particularly within apprenticeship or training environments.
• Strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, operational systems (CRM, DAS, etc.), and the End Point Assessment process.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to meet targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
