The Transaction Services team have an exciting, progressive opportunity for a Manager to join.
About the role:
* Working and communicating effectively with management and junior team members to ensure key deliverables are issued on time.
* Involvement in providing financial due diligence services to clients through detailed financial analysis and report writing. In the context of client engagements, responsibilities include:
* Interpretation and analysis of financial and commercial information and delivering to our clients in a clear and concise way, both in writing and verbally.
* Reviewing historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital and balance sheets.
* Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or equity price impacts.
* Correlating other workstream's findings with our financial due diligence findings.
* Involvement in providing reports to support stock exchange listings (e.g. Reporting Accounting), including:
* Preparation of reports for sponsors
About you:
* Qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA or other accounting qualification and a strong academic record.
* Excellent analytical skills and a strong eye for detail.
* Strong commercial and market awareness.
* Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging and dynamic work environment.
* Strong team player with good organisation, planning and leadership skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports.
* Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
