The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide dedicated one-on-one support to a student with ASD. Adapt classroom activities to meet the student's individual needs and learning style. Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored strategies. Create a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment.What We're Looking For: A compassionate, patient individual with a commitment to supporting children with additional needs. Experience working with children with ASD or other learning differences (preferred but not essential). A current DBS certificate on the Update Service.
