Alpine F1 Team has an exciting opportunity to join our team at a unique time in our history within Formula 1. We are looking for a Parts Coordinator at our site in Enstone who will join our Race Support Team as a factory-based role, working closely with the team to enhance the part process for our TPC (Testing of Previous Cars).
Parts Coordinator - The Role
The parts coordinator will be the main link between the factory and the Race Support Team to ensure parts returning from events are serviced, repaired, and shipped to the next event in a timely manner and according to the company procedures.
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be working closely with most operational and planning departments in the factory while being a key figure within RST to ensure component requirements are fulfilled following the RST calendar. You will work with all car components and parts helping achieve our challenging and exciting plans, gaining visibility of the lifecycle of the Formula 1 car.
Parts Coordinator – The Person
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of car components, stock management, and parts flow in a manufacturing environment. They will be a person who works to the highest standards, with a methodical approach to work and very good attention to detail. Must be able to use knowledge to prioritize workload and remain focused when working under pressure, be flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently. Must be a problem solver and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a team that strives to deliver their best in the championship.
