Thrive Group are delighted to working with our market leading client in the Melksham area who are looking to recruit an experienced Export Coordinator on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
1. Assisting with deliveries including supplier liaison and checking stock / discrepancies
2. Inputting orders onto the system and ensuring purchase orders are checked for any special instructions
3. Involvement with delivery schedules, collating information required for a number of internal departments including export
4. Answering the phones and dealing with queries and visitors
What you will need to succeed:
1. Proven administration experience, ideally gained from an FMCG environment
2. Supply chain/delivery /export experience extremely beneficial
3. A confident communicator, adept at working under pressure where deadlines change on a regular basis
4. Good levels of numeracy and problem-solving skills
5. IT / data entry proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
6. Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
