What You’ll Do In your role, you’ll collaborate across a range of skill sets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Identify and explore product issues, develop design solutions, and support the project from idea to implementation. Contribute to and improve processes and frameworks for consistency and efficiency of digital assets. Create customer journey maps, user flows, and wireframes. Design the end-to-end (UX and UI) experience and work across the lifecycle of a product feature. Actively contribute to the creative process by providing feedback and sharing ideas. Plan and conduct remote and in-person user tests to validate designs and UX recommendations. Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams. Identify user problems and develop solutions through research. What You’ll Bring Bring your authentic self and key experience for this role: 3 years of relevant UI/UX design experience. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, preferably with a fashion retailer. Proficient with design tools like Figma and virtual whiteboarding tools like Miro or Mural. Knowledge of interaction design and user experience best practices. Ability to create and update design systems and version control processes. Familiarity with agile processes and development languages like HTML/CSS. Experience of user research techniques and reporting.
