Job Title: Business Development Manager \nContract: Perm \nLocation: Northwest \nPay: up to 60k \n\nSRG are working with a client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a field-based customer facing role.\n\nThe Role:\n\nThe purpose of the role is to promote and sell a range of products/services in both the Acute and primary care sectors.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nGrow product market share through both established and new relationships\nCreate clear and compelling solution-based value propositions through engagement with key NHS customers within primary & secondary care\nAccountable for business/account plans development and delivery of the business\nBuild advocacy across acute setting (regionally/UK)\nDevelop and utilise an in-depth understanding of the NHS long term plan and how that influences the future of the market\nLead on market analysis, including health economics to influence NHS thinking and drive commitment to working in partnershipAbout You:\n\nPossesses a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales including Solution & Value Selling requiring a consultative selling approach\nIs persuasive and can easily influence others and builds a team culture\nPossesses good customer relationship and service skills.
