For example, the IKEA x TaskRabbit acquisition was the result of a Rainmaking-powered IKEA Bootcamp project. Venture Building: Where existing offers don’t exist, helping corporates create new products by launching new ventures from scratch on their behalf. Check out Wylly, which we launched in partnership with BNP Paribas in October 2022. Rainmaking has partnered with over 100 Fortune 500 companies, delivering positive change through entrepreneurship and bringing startups and corporates together to build and scale new businesses. During which, Rainmaking has built, invested, and accelerated 1,200 ventures, including the world’s largest industry-focused accelerator programme, Startupbootcamp. The role We are looking for a full-time Venture Designer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and help us tackle some of the most pressing and impactful challenges for our clients whilst creating new revenue streams or high return on investment. You will be working in 3-4 people teams under the direction of an experienced Venture Lead and Venture Director. You will be the creative muscle in the team - making visual assets, running experiments and testing concepts with customers. We are looking for a self-starter with a creative mindset to design future offerings and create impact through technology and innovation. We support a range of projects from early-stage concept design through to production. So, as a designer, you might not need to be expert in any one area, but must be ready to have a go at many things The role is based in London. We work in a hybrid set-up with at least 2 days a week in the office (Central London).
