Why this role is important to us
As the Risk Culture Programme Lead, in this temporary position you will help drive a cultural change initiative focused on establishing and promoting a risk culture across the organisation. Your efforts will help the business to make, informed, decisions regarding risk, while promoting a wider cultural transformation aligned with our strategic goals.

Work that matters - What you'll be doing
* Cultural Transformation Delivery: Collaborate with partners to design and implement risk-related cultural programs that support the organisation's aims.
* Cultural Integration: Help integrate risk culture principles into decision-making processes at all levels.
* Engagement and Communication: Partner with leadership and teams to communicate the vision, importance, and benefits of the cultural direction.
* Change Management: Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth adoption of new behaviours, processes, and attitudes relating to risk management.
* Training and Education: Develop and deliver training and communication sessions and materials to equip employees with the tools necessary for risk-aware decision-making.
* Monitor Progress: Establish mechanisms to measure the impact of cultural programs, providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
* Proven Experience in driving cultural or organisational change with knowledge of cultural principles and their application in business decision-making.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
* Change Management: Experience in implementing change management methodologies and tools.
* Collaborative Approach: Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-focused approach.
