Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Connect with potential clients to understand what they need.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to keep clients happy.

Sales & Revenue Generation: Roll out sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
Track sales performance to ensure targets are met.
Collaboration & Coordination: Team up with internal groups to stay aligned on goals.
Work with tech teams to ensure our solutions fit client needs.
Share market feedback with product development teams.
Reporting & Analysis: Keep an eye on business activities and sales performance with regular reports.

Key Qualifications: Previous industrial automation experience is an essential requirement for this role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Technology, or something similar (Master’s is a plus).
5 years in business development or sales in the tech space.
Proven success in landing high-value deals.
Good grasp of tech trends and a knack for adapting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
Ready to travel when needed.
