Our client is a start-up consulting firm specializing in investigations, culture, sustainability, business intelligence, and advisory services. They are currently looking to bring on board a couple of additional HR, employee, and workplace investigations professionals on a contract basis. Initial contracts are likely to run for 3-6 months, starting ASAP, however, there is significant likelihood of further extension and/or permanency.
The team works closely with an array of impressive clients, including law firms, corporates, and significant non-profit organizations, providing a full range of people intelligence services. One of the core pillars of service offered by the team is independent investigations into a wide range of areas such as conduct, compliance, cultural, and people issues.
The assignment is to start ASAP and will be well suited to experienced HR, employee, and workplace investigators with upwards of 3 years’ experience in handling investigations into a wide range of areas such as conduct, compliance, cultural, and people issues.
Investigations conducted by the team can cover the following areas and allegations (please note, this is a non-exhaustive list):
1. Harassment
2. Assault
3. Bullying
4. Racism
5. Abuse of power, coercion, and control
6. Whistleblowing
7. Alleged criminal misconduct including financial crime, theft, and fraud
8. Regulatory misconduct
9. Workplace practices and processes
10. Environmental investigations
11. Performance
12. Data and confidentiality breaches
13. Reputational investigations
14. Integrity investigations
The successful individual can expect to conduct HR, employee, and workplace investigations and prepare and review detailed investigation reports to include findings, recommendations, and preventative measures.
While the business is headquartered in London, they are keen to work with Manchester-based HR, employee, and workplace investigators on a remote basis. There may be some national travel required on an ad hoc basis depending on client requirements.
