My client is a medium sized, well established Surrey-based main contractor who have been established for more than 40 years undertaking projects predominantly in the London and the Home Counties regions.
Projects include builds, refurbishments, and restorations mainly within the 500k to £7m range.
They pride themselves on their excellent reputation with clients and their high staff retention rate; testament to their belief in quality in aspects of the business.
Projects are in sectors which include education, commercial, residential, leisure/sports, and community sector works.
Due to a busy workload, they are currently seeking a skilled Site Manager to manage projects throughout the London region.
The ideal candidate must have a stable career history (3-4 years +) for main contractors in the UK.
Have experience managing projects around the £5m value including
Live within or within easy reach of South London and be able to drive to sites.
Have a proven record of excellence managing Health and Safety.
