Job description Customer Service Advisors required for a Loughborough based, market leading organisation within telecommunications. We require experienced Contact Centre Agents to become integral members of the Customer Service Team, working in Inbound. There will be 2 weeks training - 09:00 - 17:30 Hours of work are: Monday to Friday (Between 09:00-20:00 Shift Range - 8hr Shift) 1 in every 2 - Saturday 09:00-17:30 Job Role: Your key responsibilities, which are not exhaustive and not limited to include:
* Managing inbound calls to the business from clients / customers’ requests.
* Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
* Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers on offer.
* Making sure the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all of the options available to them.
* Building relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
* Deliver a consistent call flow, giving the customer the confidence in the information provided.
* Maximise up selling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice.
* Uncapped Commission Structure

This role is subject to a Clean DBS it is imperative that each applicant provides support to the process. Full Training is given.
