1. Job spec Health, Safety & Welfare 1. Annual review of H&S manual, policies and documents to reflect changes in legislation and regulation 2. Input to Constructionline including annual input to audits 3. Maintenance of information, documents and evidence to maintain Constructionline Gold 4. Maintenance of information, documents and evidence to maintain RISQS accreditation 5. Maintain auditable safety training records and manage new starter courses and existing staff renewals (including 1st aid, asbestos, mental health, CSCS, Sentinel). 6. Manage and maintain first aid training 7. Input to staff welfare policies and documents, including drugs and alcohol testing 8. Induction documents and PPE issue to staff 9. Monitor working hours and report on staff exceeding normal agreed hours 10. Maintain RAMS templates for non-intrusive and intrusive work 11. Assist in work related to the ISO9001 QMS system 12. Spearhead the company documentation to obtain ISO14001 Environmental Monitoring Systems
