Brightwork are currently recruiting an experienced Receptionist to join our client, a well-known Accountancy firm at their offices in Glasgow on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected firm, acting as the main point of contact for all calls, emails and visitors whilst providing the team with key administrative support.
Duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting all visitors and clients to the office
* Answering all incoming calls, directing appropriately and taking messages
* Handling all incoming and outgoing mail
* Overseeing meeting rooms, responsible for booking rooms, ensuring general housekeeping and providing facilities such as refreshment and equipment
* Organising and facilitating of company-wide events and hospitality
* Updating and maintaining internal databases and systems
* Providing the wider team with general administration support as required
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience working within a reception based, administrative role
* Be confident working with all MS Office packages, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
* Be warm and enthusiastic with the ability to handle calls from contacts across all levels
