Accounts Payable Manager
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:
The Accounts Payable (AP) Manager will manage a small AP team to ensure the timely and accurate payment of invoices; an important part of our supplier relationships. The role will involve daily line management of the team and working closely with suppliers and colleagues across the business to resolve queries and overdue invoices in a timely and effective manner.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
1. Effective management of a team of AP Administrators, supporting them with their development plans
2. Ensuring all invoices are processed within the agreed timescales, in line with set standards
3. Driving continuous improvement activities
4. Producing monthly KPIs and reporting information to the Senior Financial Operations Manager and other key stakeholders
5. Conducting regular audits to review any changes to suppliers and ensuring the appropriate authorisation is sought
6. Ensuring G3 controls are adhered to and collaborating with the Internal Controls team
Your previous experience is likely to include….
1. Demonstrable experience of purchase ledger processes
2. A strong working knowledge and understanding of Transform and E1 systems
3. Experience managing a small team
