We are pleased to be partnered with an international business in their search for a qualified Financial Analyst to support one of their key operational teams. \n\nThe successful candidate will be eager to learn, analytical, and comfortable liaising with non-finance members of the team to communicate key financial information. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPrepare, monitor, and evaluate expenditure on regular basis, focus on trending and reduction opportunities.\nProduction of month end analysis and commentary for management reporting.\nIdentification of financial drivers and key results.\nProduce 18-month forecasts on a quarterly basis.\nDrive annual budget cycle and analysis for management approval.\nMaintain financial control and reporting in line with group policies and procedures.\nFacilitate regular stakeholder meetings to discuss and implement cost-saving initiatives. Assist and facilitate advancement of reporting requirements to a digital platform.\nAbout you:\n\nFully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA\nStrong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to develop creative and effective solutions to problems.\nExceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments, cultures and stakeholder groups.\nCollaborative team player with motivation and drive, ability to work alone & as part of a team, accountability for own decisions and ability to accept change and look for opportunities to adapt ways of working to enhance the company profitability, sustainability and customer experience.\nGood level of IT skills, in particular MS excel, power BI & other finance systems \nGood team player with a positive can do attitude\n\nPlease apply for more information!\n\nVenture Recruitment Partners (also trading as Chilworth Partnership Ltd) is a Recruitment Agency.
