Position Summary A chance to manage one of our largest and most dynamic growth customers, the Business Account Manager (BAM) position is a key contributor in delivering profitable growth for Energizer on Amazon EU. The BAM plays a critical role in leading and developing customer relationships and by strategically identifying and addressing opportunities of revenue management, growth, profit, assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion. The AM works cross functionally with internal teams and leads and influences a Customer Team of subject matter experts to achieve stated business objectives. Responsibilities Universal Accountabilities - Develop and execute annual business plans that efficiently achieve customer & Energizer goals/objectives - Communicate industry and competitor developments and recommend adjustments in business plan and tactics to aggressively respond to changes, and lead response execution - Manage overall customer P&L and deliver financial targets, actively pursuing opportunities, while mitigating risks Specific Accountabilities - Develop & manage annual Business Plan and execution. Manage monthly reporting and recommendations to deliver expected sales and GM plan - Foster strong relations with external Partners, customer buying teams and key customer internal support teams including finance, supply chain, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure long term partnership that promotes sales growth - Collaborate with Energizer Customer Supply Chain Team and Customer Planning Team to drive initiatives, regular status meetings. Full responsibility for forecasting for the Amazon EU Batteries category - Collaborate and manage agency partner to deliver retail execution and retail media tactics - Manage all customer contracts, trade fund management and promotion ROI analysis - May also perform additional duties as assigned What we are looking for Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's Degree or related category experience - 5 years of sales experience - Amazon account management experience is essential - Experience with Vendor Central, Profitero, Amazon Advertising - Demonstrated ability to develop forecasting model - Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues and recommend solutions - Curious mindset leading with evidence-based approach to test and learn - Proficient knowledge and use of Excel Preferred Skills and Experience - Previous Amazon experience (Vendor Manager, SAS, ISM etc.) - Experience with Nielsen, IRI and analytic tools - Non food background Come join us Energizer is an equal opportunity employer, and we prohibit discrimination based on age, color, disability, marital or parental status, veteran status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other legally protected status in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
