The Role We have a brand-new opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Social Value Lead / Manager to join our business. You will, working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders. design, lead and manage our business’ social value initiatives As the project lead, you will initiate, develop, implement, and report on the performance of our social value programmes across a range of initiatives. We are dedicated to making a positive impact with our work, and you'll be Realise’s Ambassador, passionate about the impact we want to make in our communities. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Create a social value plan for Realise, then lead on specific KPIs, SLAs, goals and milestones. - Work closely with the Bid team to identify and create social value commitments that we can deliver on. - Identify opportunities where we can make a real impact in the communities we work in, that ties in with the commitments we have made as a business. - Project manage initiatives from start to finish, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned to our plan. - Ensure necessary administration is maintained on relevant systems and portals, allowing easy data reporting to be completed and presented to key stakeholders. - Working closely with other departments to improve data collection and reporting on current initiatives and their progress. - Travel to visit partner communities to build relationships and engage with our partners.
