Escalation Management: Serve as the Single Point of Escalation (SPOE) for assigned customers, effectively communicating with customers and internal teams. Service Delivery: Manage the delivery of contracted services within SLAs, ensuring a high level of service quality. Reporting: Create and present customer reporting information for assigned accounts, including periodic reviews and monthly health checks. eMaintenance Management: Proactively manage eMaintenance status of assigned accounts and resolve communication issues. Operational Improvements: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance the customer experience and support profitable growth. Revenue Opportunities: Highlight opportunities for enhanced customer experiences and additional revenue to management and sales teams.
