In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients across prison and probation settings, supporting their rehabilitation and helping them reintegrate into society.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Helping clients develop essential skills
2. Supporting them to secure stable accommodation
3. Connecting them with necessary support services
4. Providing 1:1 guidance, setting clear goals and milestones to aid their progress
You will be based at HMP Elmley for 3-4 days per week, with the remaining time spent at Maidstone and Sittingbourne probation trust.
Who We're Looking For:
To apply, you must have experience working with individuals in the criminal justice system, either in a prison or custodial setting. Alternatively, experience supporting vulnerable clients in areas such as mental health, substance misuse, or homelessness is highly valuable. If you're a criminology graduate, we encourage applications if you have relevant voluntary or paid experience (such as supporting individuals facing similar challenges).
