Your Role:
* As Business Director, you’ll lead key accounts, managing both local and global projects.
* Reporting directly to the Global Head, you’ll develop and implement client business plans, drive growth by identifying new opportunities, and guide your team to deliver best-in-class client service.
* Your role will involve setting brand partnership goals, negotiating high-value deals, and overseeing campaigns—from conceptualization to measurable results.
* You’ll also foster an inclusive, high-performance environment, supporting team development through regular performance reviews.
Skills and Experience:
* With lengthy experience across agency or media, you’ll bring a track record of creating effective partnership solutions.
* You’ll excel in client service, business strategy, and team leadership, demonstrating strengths in relationship-building, creative thinking, and a strategic approach to storytelling.
* Your adaptability and commercial acumen will enable you to thrive in our collaborative, ever-evolving workspace.
